Q: Can I try on the shoes?
Unfortunately, the shoes not available for trying/fitting. We would only recommend buying if you are certain of your size (e.g. you have worn the same model and size before).
Q: Are shoes with slight discolouration considered a defect?
Some clearance shoes may have slight discolouration or minor stains, particularly on the inner lining. These marks are caused by the natural oxidation of the adhesive used during production, which can occur after long periods of storage or non-use. This does not affect the quality, comfort, or functionality of the shoes in any way — they remain in perfect working condition and safe to wear.
Q: Do you have other models/sizes?
No. All the sizes and models included in the sale are already listed online. If you do not see a size that you are looking for, it is out of stock/not available.
Q: Can I exchange or return the product?
No exchanges and returns, all sales items are final.
Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Ensure that the items do not fall under the exceptions/non-exchangeable items list. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Delivery fees will apply for online exchanges (i.e. $5 fee for local delivery, shipping charges as calculated for international delivery.)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged/returned, like custom products (such as special orders/pre-orders/backorders or personalized items), and personal goods (such as footundeez, half soles, undergarments, tights, and socks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We exercise a company-wide final sale policy. We enforce a strict no refund policy across all products. With the exception of manufacturing defects or sold-out items, we will verify and notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
