Taxes

For international customers, please note that your items may be subject to your local customs taxes, charges, or import duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping rates. We advise customers to check on their own countries' import tax before making an online purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery might be delayed by failed delivery attempts, high volumes (holiday and peak seasons), subjected to circumstances.

East Malaysia	Registered Mail: 7 - 10 business days *with tracking number

You will receive an email notification when we ship out your order.
Estimated lead time for backorder products: 1.5 to 3 Months

While we try our best to ship packages out in the time frame above, please note that lead time for products may vary depending on the volume of the order. We will notify you of any delays via email. 

Please note that for orders with in-stock and backorder/pre-order products, orders will only be shipped out when the whole order is complete. Should you wish to receive the in-stock products first, we advise you to check out separately.

For international customers, please note that the delivery times are estimated based on the date of dispatch from Malaysia and apply to major cities only. Your package may be subject to your local customs inspection and as such, will entail a longer delivery time.
