To facilitate your search for your ideal leotard fit, here are some insights into our Sonata leotards:

We use numbers for children size and alphabets for adult size.
If the measurement guidelines given do not fit your personal measurements, always refer to your girth/crotch measurement.
A size up from children size 4 is adult size S-M.
Children sizes are shorter in torso and wider in width, while adult sizes come with a longer torso and curvier ‘S’ shape.
Leotards should always fit snug. This is because a well-fitted leotard will enable the teacher to see the position and movement of the student much more easily. It allows for better correction of posture, arms, hip and leg positions etc.
For halter neck or high neck leotards, it is advised to go one size up for comfort in length.

Ripstop Warm Ups

Our Ripstop warm ups sizing follows our Leotards sizes.
If measurement guidelines do not fit your personal measurements, always refer to your waist measurement.
Ripstop warm ups generally fit looser in cut and longer in length, so it is common for one to roll up at the legs or roll down at the waist for shorts and pants.

1. Non-Toxic and Eco-friendly

The vinyl floor mat uses 100% pure PVC raw materials. The PVC material has been tested and certified for its non-toxic and anti-bacteria attributes, which ensures the safety of the studio space and its users.

2. Best shock-absorption and Impact-resistant

Advance foaming technology is used to produce a high-density foam shock absorption layer in the PVC vinyl floor mats that allows for very strong absorption of shock and impact which greatly reduces injuries to the body.

3. Excellent slip-prevention and wear-resistant

Special treatment coating is used on the surface of the PVC flooring to ensure the high-quality wear-resistant feature. This guarantees the best performance use for all types of dance and movements.

4. Excellent Stability

Made using a one-off scrape technique, the 100% pure PVC raw material comprises a hermetic stable layer and fiberglass layer that safeguards the flooring mat to ensure that it is more resistant to damage, thus, allowing it to have a longer lifespan.

5. Anti-bacterial and Fire Retardant Performance

The vinyl floor mats contain elements of anti-bacterial and fire retardant substance that makes it difficult for bacteria and germs to breed on the floor as well as reduce the flammability of fuels due to fire accidents.

6. Easy to Install and Maintain

Installation of the vinyl floor mats has the option to be removable or a fixed installation, which is done either by taping or welding. And due to the material, the cleaning of the vinyl floor mats is easy, which keeps the cost of maintenance low.

For normal daily cleaning, dirt can be clean using a broom or a wet mop. For heavier and deeper cleaning, such as stains, dirt should be removed using a PH-neutral cleaner that does not contain ammonia or abrasives.

Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Ensure that the items do not fall under the exceptions/non-exchangeable items list. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery fees will apply for online exchanges (i.e. $5 fee for local delivery, shipping charges as calculated for international delivery.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged/returned, like custom products (such as special orders/pre-orders/backorders or personalized items), and personal goods (such as footundeez, half soles, undergarments, tights, and socks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We exercise a company-wide final sale policy. We enforce a strict no refund policy across all products. With the exception of manufacturing defects or sold-out items, we will verify and notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
