Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

Be in the same condition as when you received it.
Be unworn and unused.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Not fall under our list of non-exchangeable items below.

To request an exchange, please email us at admin@sonatamalaysia.com with a detailed explanation of the reason for the exchange.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all delivery and shipping fees associated with exchanges.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange or return, including:

Custom-made or personalized products.
Special orders, pre-orders, and backorders.
Personal-use items such as Footundeez, half soles, undergarments, tights, and socks.
Sale items.
Gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for an exchange, please contact us before sending it back.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue store credit to the email address associated with your account. The store credit can be used towards your next order.

Please ensure that your returned item meets all the exchange requirements before sending it to us.
